My Story
I found ConTact CARE Flinchlock Release while studying Osteopathy back in 2015, at a time when I felt something was missing in how injuries were being approached and treated. What began as pure coincidence & curiosity became a complete shift in direction — one grounded in listening to the body and working with its natural recovery process.
