So much of the work I do now is shaped by the athlete I once was — the girl who looked capable on the outside but was struggling deeply on the inside.

The moments that matter. It’s pretty simple outside of being a Practitioner, it’s getting the balance right that is the hard part.

Recognising that things happen in ebs and flows is something that’s taken me a long time to be okay

You don’t need to know how or why you are in pain. That’s my job, to figure it out for you so you can then return to being fully functional and pain-free 🙌🏼
